What is a ZEDE?
ZEDE stands for Zone for Employment and Economic Development, a Special Economic Zone designed to have significant administrative and regulatory autonomy inside Honduras to attract investment and promote development.
The ZEDE framework has been declared unconstitutional by Honduras' Supreme Court in September 2024. Established ZEDEs continue to function under political and investment uncertainty.

Próspera offers permanent residency options with no fixed duration. Individuals can live and work indefinitely under its governance framework.
