History
- 2023 - 4Seas is born from the Zuzalu movement, a network-state experiment that brought 800 pioneers to Montenegro.
- 2024 - After a wave of pop-up communities emerge in Chiang Mai, a movement later named Zuzalu 2.0, 4Seas takes the opportunity and launches its first physical node.
- 2025 - 4Seas expands by incorporating a second location, Mountain View, a co-living and co-working resort situated near the hills of Chiang Mai.

4Seas has two main locations in Chiang Mai, Thailand:
- 4Seas Nimman. First and central location in Nimmanhaemin.
- 4Seas Mountain View. Retreat-style spot in Hang Dong.

4Seas is a permanent co-living and co-working space for members.
