History
Viva City, founded by Laurence Ion, emerged from the legacy of Vitalia City, a network state whose co-founders parted ways in early 2025.
That year, Viva City hosted Viva Frontier Tower, a month-long pop-up village in San Francisco's Frontier Tower, gathering over 100 builders for workshops and an incubator program.
There are ongoing talks with governments for Viva City to establish a medical innovation zone.
