What is Zu-Grama?
Zu-Grama is an on-chain pop-up village organizer supporting builders, scientists, and founders through co-living in India.
History
Zu-Grama emerged in 2024 as India's first pop-up village experiment, inspired by Zuzalu.
In January 2025, the community hosted a six-week residency bringing together over 150 participants from around the world.
In 2026, Zu-Grama and Logos announced Field Station Rajasthan, an October 23–31 residency at Dhun near Jaipur. The program selects 30 residents across technical and non-builder tracks, with accommodation and meals covered.

The first pop-up village it organized took place in Trivandrum, Kerala.
Duration
Field Station Rajasthan runs for eight nights in October 2026.
Zu-Grama's first residency ran for six weeks, from January 5th to February 16th, 2025.
